This maternity sound therapy session involves the use of therapeutic tuning forks on acupuncture points
in order to keep your mind, body and spirit healthy and balanced throughout pregnancy.
These sessions are extremely relaxing and aim to support in reducing physical discomfort,
releasing emotional stress and harmonizing mother and child.
Maternity clients have reported improvement with fatigue, nausea, indigestion, swollen ankles,
yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infection, insomnia, pelvic pain, lower back pain,
mood stability, high blood pressure, stress, trauma, anxiety and depression.
Recommended once a week or bi-monthly throughout pregnancy.

The focus of these sessions will be to support circulation (to encourage the commencement of labor), moisturization (for the baby to slip out effortlessly), relaxation (to encourage cervical effacement and dilation), and alleviation of physical discomfort and anxieties.
We will also go over vaginal steam recommendations.
Recommended twice a week starting at 37 weeks.

For this session I will temporarily join the labor team as an acuvibrational birthworker to bring about a natural and harmonious progression of the birthing process. Therapeutic tuning forks and other musical instruments are used to assist with relaxation and cervical dilation, pain management, restarting contractions if needed, and also for emotional support and empowerment. Frequencies offer a natural and holistic intervention if the birth gets delayed.
